2021 Price Review Notification

Each year we review and revise our prices, balancing increases against continued commitment to investment so that we are able to offer the high level of support and infrastructure reliability you expect from us.
As we are aware of the burden that the Covid-19 pandemic has placed on all of us, we have tried our best to protect you from price increases wherever possible. Our costs have increased in line with annual vendor increases.
We have mitigated the severity of the impact on our clients by delaying increases several times and absorbed the drastic increase in licensing costs over the past years.
A price increase will, therefore, be implemented on some of our products/services.
For existing products/services: effective date is May 1st 2021.
For all new signups on our website the price increase is effective immediately.
Our customers are our highest priority. We would like to assure you that we have made every effort to minimize the impact on our customers as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and confidence. We will continue to uphold our standard of outstanding customer support and the highest quality of service to you.
