After you've ordered a package or product you need to log in to your client/billing area here: https://www.definitehosting.co.za/clientarea.php
Go to your due invoices at the bottom and click on "view invoice". The invoice will appear and in the top right hand corner you will see your current payment method. Select Debit Order and click on "Authorize Now". A screen will pop up in which you must supply your banking details. Once you've entered your details successfully our system will store your details and another screen will appear where you must click on "Download Debit Order Mandate".
Please print, fill out and sign this form, the amount should be your monthly recurring amount.
