If you are needing/wanting to upgrade your hosting package to another hosting package, all you have to do is email us with your request. We will need your domain name , username and password. We will then upgrade your account and inform you when the process has been completed.
Alternatively, to upgrade or downgrade your account you just need to login to your client/billing area here: http://www.definitehosting.co.za/clientarea.php
After you have logged in, go to “My Services” on the right hand side menu.
Click on your domain/hosting package you wish to upgrade.
Then in that window just above your package information to the right there will be a drop down box, here you need to select “Upgrade/Downgrade Package”.
After this just follow the onscreen order instructions.
