E-mail send/receive will be added to your monthly bandwidth quota limit. All e-mails waiting to be downloaded or not deleted of the server when using webmail will add up to your diskspace usage.
- Webmail allows you to access your mails anywhere in the world if you have internet access, for example: www.yourdomain.co.za/webmail. You can also use the login on the Definite Web Hosting website.
- Spam Assassin comes with every web hosting account and will block out all those unwanted mails.
- Auto Responders are like out of office replies. When you’re not able to read your mail you can leave a auto responder which will return an e-mail to the sender with your own custom message.
- With Mailing Lists you can send out e-mail to thousands of your subscribers with the push off a button. It is highly customizable.
- Catch Alls allows you to receive mails that were sent to the wrong address at your domain. For example let say someone wants to send a mail to test@yourdomain.co.za and they type it tesy@yourdomain which is wrong, then the Catch All account will catch that mail and you can view it. You can set it up to either send back an error message to the sender or to make one of your e-mail addresses you catch all account.
