How to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your profile.

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to logins. Once enabled & configured, each time you sign in you will be asked to enter both your username & password as well as a second factor such as a security code.

  • Start by logging into your Client Area at the following page:  https://my.definitehosting.co.za/
  • In the top right corner click on your name and then click Security Settings
  • On the next page you will be able to enable two-factor authentication.
  • You can use Google Authenticator to enable this or an app like Twilio which stores all your 2FA keys in one place.

We strongly recommend that you enable two-factor authentication as soon as possible which will add and extra layer of protection and security to your login.
If you require any assistance with this kindly open a support ticket and we can assist you.
